Caveats
1 - Sports images
are rarely made in ideal lighting conditions, and very little
post processing work will have been done on these images.
For most daylight shots, that won't be an issue. For
indoor events and low light or artificial light outdoor events,
there is normally a color cast and the ISO is often 3200-6400
(when there is no flash). White balance correction,
sharpening, and some type of noise reduction software will
produce more pleasing prints. You will also have to crop
any images you print to size (which probably needs to be done
for most digital camera images).
2 - The license will
give one person my permission to print these images. I
don't use local print sevices, but I've heard that they're
particular about printing someone else's work. My advice
is to ask your printer if a letter from the photographer
satisfies their requirements.
3 - I reserve the
right to NOT sell CD images to persons outside the Randolph
College community. CDs are not intended as royalty free
sports images, and may not be used as such.
4 - A team shot is
either a formal team shot or a 'funny' team shot, and is priced
higher than individual.
5 - Pricing is for
images of one sport in one season. If you want images from
several sports and several seasons, contact me for a
quote. If you want images in a different file format than
jpeg (i.e. 16 bit tiff), then also contact me for a quote.
